Equilibrium Horse Center complies with the standards set forth in the new law known as "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act" or "COPPA". We do not collect or share any personal information of our website or mailing list guests, nor do we use cookies to track your visits to our site

Before this law went into effect, when many of you signed-up for our announcements mailing list, we did ask some profiling questions like mailing address and the type of Internet connection you used. At the time we were looking for information to help us optimize our website presentation. No profiling information was shared with anyone. We have since stopped asking any such information and have deleted all the information that was collected. This makes our mailing list also compliant with COPPA standards.

Our goal is to make your experience at Equilibrium Horse Center both rewarding and safe.
