Open to all ponies 14.2hh and under. Judged in-hand at the walk and trot and halt. Judged on conformation, way of moving and soundness. Class 1
Walk-Trot Division
Open to riders 10 and under as of January 1 of current year. Riders may not enter any other class. To be shown at the walk. Class 2
Open Mini Pony Hunter Division
* Riders may not enter any class where the canter is required. Riders may not have won a ribbon at any previous horse show where the canter was required. Age is of January 1 of current year. Walk-Trot Equitation: To perform the walk & trot.
Class 3: Open to riders 11 years and under
Class 5: Open to riders 12 years and olderWalk-Trot Command: To perform the walk, trot, sitting trot, halt, and
reverse within 3 seconds of the command. Riders failing to do so are out and must go to the middle. Diagonals are to count. The last rider remaining is the winner.
Class 4: Open to riders 11 years and under
Class 6: Open to riders 12 years and older
Open Mini Horse Hunter Division
Open to ponies 14.2hh and under, ridden by a junior or adult. To be shown at the walk & trot on the flat and the trot or canter over crossrails. To be judged on performance and soundness. Classes 7, 13
Short Stirrup Division - 1'9"
Open to any horse over 14.2hh, ridden by a junior or adult. To be shown at the walk & trot on the flat and the trot or canter over crossrails. To be judged on performance and soundness. Classes 8, 14
Open Pleasure Division - 1'9"
Open to riders 12 years & under as of January 1 of current year. Riders must perform the walk, trot, and canter on the flat and the canter over fences. Classes 9, 15
Pony Hunter Division - 2'
Open to all horses & ponies. Ponies to be ridden by a junior rider. Judged on manners, performance, and apparent ability to give a pleasurable ride. Under Saddle: To be shown at the walk, trot, and canter. Class 11
Park Hack: To be shown at the walk, trot, extended trot, canter, halt, and back. Hand Gallop at the judge's discretion. Jump two fences. Class 12
Over Fences: To be shown at the canter. Class 16
Hunter Model
Open to all ponies 14.2hh and under, ridden by a Junior rider. To be
shown at the walk, trot, and canter under saddle and the canter over fences. To be judged on performance and soundness. Classes 10, 17, 18
Low Hunter Division - 2'
Open to all horses. Judged in-hand at the walk and trot and halt. Judged on conformation, way of moving and soundness. Class 19
Green Hunter Division - 2'3"
Open to horses and ponies ridden by an Adult Amateur or Junior rider. To be shown at the walk, trot, and canter under saddle. Hand gallop at the judge's discretion. To be shown at the canter over fences. To be judged on performance and soundness. Classes 20, 26, 27
JR. Equitation Division - 2'3"
Open to all horses in their 1st or 2nd year showing at any Hunter Show with any rider or owner. Can not have been shown before January 1 of last year. To be shown at the walk, trot, and canter under saddle and the canter over fences. Judged on performance and soundness. Classes 21, 28, 29
SR. Equitation Division - 2'3"
Open to all riders under 18 years of age as of January 1 of current year. Riders may be asked to perform the walk, halt, trot, sitting trot, and canter on the flat and over fences. Individual tests at the judge's discretion. Classes 22, 30
Hunter Classic - 2'3", 2'6"
Open to all riders 18 years of age or older as of January 1 of current year. Riders may be asked to perform the walk, halt, trot, sitting trot, and canter on the flat and over fences. Individual tests at the judge's discretion. Classes 23, 31
Children's/Adult Hunter Division - 2'6"
75% back. Open to all horses/ponies/riders. Horse/rider combo must ride in at least one full division at this show. Judged on performance, manners, and suitability. To be shown over a course of at least 10 jumps. Fences not to exceed 2'3" for ponies, 2'6" for horses. Rounds scored on an open numerical system. At least eight if possible, will be called back to jump a second, different course. The two rounds' scores will be totaled to determine placement. First place ties Will jump a third round to break the tie. Other ties will be broken by the first round's score. Ribbons through sixth place. Monies: 1st - 50%, 2nd - 30%, 3rd - 20%, 4th - 10% Class 32
Working Hunter Division - 2'9"
Open to all horses. To be shown at the walk, trot, and canter under saddle. Hand Gallop at the judge's discretion. To be shown at the canter over fences. To be judged on conformation, way of moving, and soundness. Classes 24, 33, 34
